Toh haá is an ancient Mayan word, whose meaning is «liquid chocolate, which is poured from one vessel to another at different heights». This was the process of our ancestors to froth the liquid chocolate although metaphorically it speaks of «the transformation of something divine to something earthly», confirming why chocolate was called «the food of the gods».
